Outlook Connections

NEW Module: We have added a new capability to The Project System called Outlook Connections.

>> Outlook E-Mail.
This module lets you quickly obtain e-mail addresses from Outlook.  More importantly, you can send Project documents Proposal, Invoices, Purchase Order etc. through Outlook.  They appear in your Sent Folder in Outlook. (Prerequisite E-Mail Notification Module)

>> Outlook Appointments
This module lets you schedule appointment for either Service or Project on the Technician Schedule and then they immediately appear on your Outlook Calendar.  Shortly their after, the appointment also appears on the technicians, Calendar.  The Technician can also acknowledge the appointment.  We have tested the capabilities on Blackberries, iPhones and Droids. (Prerequisite Technician Scheduler)

>> Outlook Appointment Feedback
This module lets the technician modify the appointment on the cell phone (Blackberries Only) and the changes are sent back to Outlook and Dove Net can read the data back into Project and update Job Cost and Tech Notes.
